HR Employee and Labor Relations Specialist
About your role
The HR Employee and Labor Relations Specialist is responsible for assisting the proper implementation of all labor disputes of employees based on acceptable company standards, and employee engagements.
Key Responsibilities
- Processess 100% employee infractions within 7 days.
- Resolves100% labor dispute (DOLE) cases every month.
- Provides technical support in regard to employee discipline process, assists HR Head in formulating company policies and procedures, and ensures strict implementation, compliance, and monitoring.
- Conducts thorough investigation and advise Department Managers in managing administrative hearing.
- Collates facts and ensures proper documentation of the employee discipline process.
- Provides, recommends, and presents to HR Head appropriate decision, ensures that the 2 notices rule (NTE, NDA) has been observed when dealing with the due process.
- Visits all branches to ensure that employees are compliant with the company rules and regulations.
- Conducts regular orientation to all employees with regard to the company’s code of conduct.
- Coordinates with government agencies, and 3rd parties in compliance with the health and safety standards (DOLE/DTI).
What we’re looking for
- Graduate of BS Psychology, Behavioral Science, Industrial Psychology, Human Resource Management, or any related course.
- Minimum of 1 to 3 years relevant work experience handling discipline and employee engagement.
- With above-average written and verbal communication skills.
- Understands Phil. Labor Law with regards to the discipline process.
- Good customer service orientation and demonstrated effectiveness in interaction with others and in dealing with complaints and conflict.

HR Talent Acquisition Supervisor
About your role
Talent Acquisition Supervisor is responsible for the strategic filling of vacant positions in the company. He/she will also manage end-to-end recruitment activities of the company by attracting best talents.
Key Responsibilities
- Develops and implement recruitment strategies aligned with the company’s growth objectives and talent needs.
- Lead employment branding initiatives.
- Manage manpower planning activities from identification of manpower requirements and implementation of strategic sourcing initiatives to expanding the pool of applications. Liaise with headhunters, Public Employment Service Offices (PESO), and universities to generate applications.
- Manage a team of recruiters to serve all manpower needs according to identified lead time per job level.
What we’re looking for
- Graduate of BS/AB Psychology/Behavioral Science or its equivalent.
- At least 3-5 years of supervisory work experience in handling recruitment.
- Energetic, analytical, organized, and can work with minimum supervision.
- Must have above-average oral and written communication skills.
- Knowledgeable in formulating and implementing HR programs and organizational development interventions.
- Good in policy development and implementation.
