Nineteen years ago, 1Rotary began with a vision. Today, that vision has grown into a nationwide network of 120+ branches, supported by dedicated employees, teams, warehouses, and partners across the Philippines.

On August 24, 2026, the entire 1Rotary family came together to celebrate its 19th Anniversary a celebration not only of another year, but of the remarkable journey, milestones, people, and achievements that brought the company to where it is today.

From Humble Beginnings to 120+ Branches

Every great journey starts somewhere.

What began as a company with a vision to provide quality air-conditioning, car air-conditioning, and refrigeration parts and supplies has continuously grown through the years. With hard work, perseverance, customer trust, and the dedication of its people, 1Rotary expanded its reach and brought its products and services closer to more customers and technicians across the country.

Today, that journey has reached an incredible milestone: 120+ 1Rotary branches nationwide.

From Luzon to Visayas and Mindanao, each branch represents a piece of the 1Rotary story. Behind every opening, every customer served, and every successful transaction is a team working together to make the 1Rotary vision a reality.

The 19th Anniversary was therefore a celebration of all 120+ branches the people behind them, the communities they serve, and the role each branch plays in the continuing growth of 1Rotary.

One Celebration, One 1Rotary Family

Although our teams are spread across different locations, the anniversary brought everyone together.

All 1Rotary branches participated through online streaming, while the different departments joined the celebration onsite. Our warehouses also took part virtually, making the event a truly company-wide celebration.

No matter where they were, everyone became part of the same moment: one company celebrating one incredible journey.

A Throwback Through 19 Years

One of the highlights of the celebration was a special throwback to 1Rotary’s journey.

Employees revisited the company’s beginnings, major milestones, memorable moments, team achievements, and the many changes that helped shape 1Rotary throughout the years.

From its early days to becoming a growing nationwide organization with 120+ branches, the throwback served as a reminder that success does not happen overnight.

It is built year after year, challenge after challenge, and milestone after milestone.

From where we started to where we are today, every chapter matters.

Celebrating the People Behind the Milestones

While branches and numbers show the growth of 1Rotary, it is the people who make that growth possible.

The anniversary celebration highlighted the teams and employees who continue to contribute to the company’s success. It was also a special opportunity to hear from tenured employees who have witnessed and experienced 1Rotary’s journey through the years.

Their stories offered a glimpse into how the company has evolved, the challenges it has overcome, and the memories created along the way.

Their dedication is a reminder that 1Rotary’s history is not simply written through business milestones it is written through the people who have been part of the journey.

Games, Raffles, Contests, and Lots of Fun!

Of course, no anniversary celebration would be complete without fun and excitement!

Employees enjoyed games, raffle prizes, company contests, and special activities prepared for the celebration. Different departments also showcased their creativity through their own designs and decorations, adding even more energy and personality to the event.

There were also food and treats shared among teams, making the celebration a perfect opportunity to relax, laugh, and enjoy each other’s company.

More than the prizes and competitions, these activities created moments of teamwork, camaraderie, and shared memories that employees can look back on for years to come.

As we celebrate 19 years, we don’t just look back at how far we’ve come.
