About your role
The Logistics supervisor plans, organizes and manages the movement of goods and materials within a company.
Key Responsibilities
- Branch Order processing.
- Dispatch and Delivery Planning
- Customer/Branch coordinator on Delivery schedule.
- Trucking/Forwarder coordinator for truck requirement.
What we’re looking for
- College graduate, preferably Industrial engineering graduate with minimum 3 years experience in Logistics/Warehousing environment.
- Well verse in using spread sheets (MS EXCEL and a like)
- With exposure in good Customer Service function.
- Keen on details, analytical with good in problem solving skills.
- Willing to be assigned at Maybunga, Pasig City
Warehouse Inventory Encoder
About your role
The Warehouse Inventory Encoder-Dispatch is responsible for encoding information from pertinent warehouse documents into Warehouse system and other applicable systems. Handles and safe keep all the incoming and outgoing documents within the warehouse.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all items for dispatch are 100% checked, 100% accurate on Quantity and ON TIME.
- Items BAR-CODE should be scanned 100%.
- Items should be in 100% in good condition. Free from dents/damage and complete with accessories.
- Items with stock should be 100% served base on the BRANCH REQUEST ORDER.
- All TRANSFER OUT transaction should be printed in TRANSFER RECEIPT pre-printed forms before dispatch.
- Ensure that all TRANSFER RECEIPT are signed before dispatch.
- Ensure that all short pick, wrong pick, items with damage is reported to WAREHOUSE ASSISTANT SUPERVISOR – Dispatch
What we’re looking for
- At least 2 years college graduate
- Minimum of 1 to 3 years relevant work experience.
- Basic knowledge in Logistics/Warehousing activities.
- Physically fit.
- Good oral and written communication.
- Computer Literate.
- Willing to be assigned at Cagayan De Oro
Warehouse Team Leader
About your role
The WH Team Leader is responsible for but not limited to warehousing activities, including receiving, inventory, and issuance of materials.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintains 100% material availability at all times to secure the manufacturing operation by providing an effective and efficient production plan and schedule.
- Responsible for inventory operations on a daily basis.
- Acts as a custodian of materials and ensures that all transactions of the project assignment are properly recorded, monitored, and accounted for.
- Oversees timely delivery of products and materials required for production.
- Ensures all standard procedures including quality control and inspection of all delivered materials are strictly followed and maintained
- Conducts thorough and precise inventory oversight.
- Provides reports on material inventory.
- Monitors the proper storage of items and materials so that defects can be minimized
- Maximize space utilization by enforcing proper piling
- Ensures that all orders are picked, tagged, and transferred to the loading area
- Updates and evaluates metrics to assess performance and implement enhancements.
- Ensures all operations adhere to laws, guidelines, and ISO requirements (if necessary).
- Other Duties: Performs other related duties that may be assigned from time to time

Warehouse Packer
About your role
WH Personnel – Packer is responsible in item price tag labeling, packing of small items consolidated in one shipping box, Delivery destination label tagging of all shipping boxes for dispatch.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure all items for dispatch are properly labeled with price tag before packing.
- Ensure all items are counted during packing.
- Ensure all items are complete and well pack, free from damages.
- Ensure all Shipping boxes are properly sealed by packaging tapes.
- Ensure all Shipping boxes are properly labeled with Branch/Customer delivery address.
- Ensure all wrong item, damage item, damage packaging is reported to Warehouse Assistant Supervisor – Dispatch for proper recording.
What we’re looking for
- At least High School graduate
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years relevant work experience.
- Basic knowledge in Logistics/Warehousing activities
- Can start immediately and willing to be assigned at Maybunga, Pasig City or Cagayan De Oro.
Warehouse Picker
About your role
WH Personnel – Picker is responsible in preparing all the items with stocks base on BRANCH REQUEST ORDER.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure that all items are accurately and properly pick/prepared base on the BRANCH REQUESTED ORDER.
- Ensure ON TIME picking and preparation of all items.
- Ensure items pick are free from dents and damages.
- Items picked should be checked if with BAR-CODE and the labeled BAR-CODE is correct.
- Responsible to report all none-conformance items identified during item preparation/picking to WAREHOUSE ASSISTANT SUPERVISOR – STORAGE.
- Performs other related duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Delivery Truck Driver
About your role
The Delivery Truck Driver is responsible to deliver and Pick Up items in Store and to Clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the assigned truck is always clean and properly maintained.
- Ensure that all instructed delivery destination is delivered ON TIME.
- Ensure that Truck doors is properly sealed/lock before leaving the Warehouse
- For multiple stop/drop delivery, ensure that truck doors is properly sealed/lock before leaving the 1st stop/drop.
- Ensure real time reporting of delivery issues and concern to Warehouse Supervisor.
- Ensure that all delivery made for the day has proof of delivery (with complete Store/Branch/Customer signature with printed name on the Delivery Documents).
- Ensure that the GPS units is properly working before leaving the Warehouse.
- Performs other related duties that may be assigned from time to time.
What we’re looking for

- Minimum of 5 years driving experience
- Knowledge how to use mobile phone digital maps applications.
- Good in written and verbal communication.
- With Professional driver license; driver’s License with CODE C restriction.

Delivery Helper
About your role
The Delivery helper is responsible for assisting driver with the delivery products of a customer or clients.
Key responsibilities
- Loading and unloading company products.
- Assisting drivers to find delivery locations.
- Compiling accurate delivery records and reports.
- Reporting all delivery-related problems to senior staff.
- Effectively communicating with clients and customers to resolve complaints.
- Liaising with the main office or the warehouse logistics team to notify the driver of any changes to daily routes.
- Assisting with the unloading of the delivery vehicle at the end of each shift.
- Obtaining clients’ and customers’ signatures as an acknowledgment of having received the delivered products.
- Ensuring that all safety policies and procedures are adhered to.

- Proven experience working in warehousing, manufacturing, or production.
