About your role

The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. As Digital Marketing Manager you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our digital initiatives align with our overall business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with business objectives and target audience.
  • Plan, manage, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including SEO, PPC, email, social media, and content marketing.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights.
  • Provide actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Oversee the creation of engaging content for the company website, blog, social media, and email newsletters. Collaborate with content creators to ensure brand consistency.
  • Manage SEO strategies to increase organic search visibility and oversee PPC campaigns to drive targeted traffic.
  • Develop and execute social media strategies, manage profiles, and engage with followers to foster community growth and brand loyalty.
  • Design and implement email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.
  • Allocate and manage the digital marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal ROI.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies. Implement innovative strategies to keep digital presence ahead of the curve.
What we’re looking for

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in digital marketing are a plus.

Experience

  • Five or more years of managerial expertise in digital marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaigns and project management.

Skills

  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Google Analytics, social media management tools, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) and basic HTML/CSS is a plus.

Brand Manager

About your role

The Brand Manager plays a crucial role in developing go-to-market strategies, generating ideas from customers, and strengthening the brand’s overall health in order to sustainably expand the company’s revenue. The Brand Manager will assume the role of primary brand custodian, identifying, creating, and implementing the overall brand initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies, roadmap, and marketing plans that align with company goals and market trends.
  • Define and communicate the brand’s positioning, value propositions, and key messages to target audiences.
  • Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, including ROI, brand equity, and customer feedback.  Provide actionable recommendations for continuous improvement. 
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape. Use insights to inform brand strategies and decisions. 
  • Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and loyalty.  Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to deliver impactful campaigns. 
  • Analyze market intelligence data as input for brand plans. Identify and summarize industry trends and implications for the brand. 
  • Analyze products and competitive brands to recommend how to gain a competitive edge and brand differentiation. 
  • Ensure brand guidelines are followed across all marketing materials, communications, and touchpoints.
  • Maintain brand consistency and integrity. 
  • Work closely with sales, and customer service teams to ensure brand alignment and support business objectives.
What we’re looking for

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. 

Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years or more of Managerial experience in brand management, marketing, or related roles. Proven track record of managing successful brand campaigns.

Technical Proficiency

  • Familiarity with marketing software, analytics tools, and social media platforms.

Digital Marketing Specialist

About your role

The Digital Marketing Specialist is in charge of carrying out and refining digital marketing initiatives on several platforms. In order to improve our online presence, interact with our audience, and provide quantifiable outcomes, you will collaborate closely with the digital marketing manager environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media. 
  • Assist in creating engaging and relevant content for the company website, blog, email campaigns, and social media platforms. 
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including website traffic, conversion rates, and ROI. Prepare regular reports to assess campaign effectiveness and suggest improvements. 
  • Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, and improve on-page and off-page SEO to enhance search engine rankings. 
  • Assist in managing social media accounts, including content scheduling, community engagement, and performance analysis. 
  • Support the development and execution of email marketing campaigns, including list management, segmentation, and performance tracking. 
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment with overall marketing strategies and brand messaging. 
What we’re looking for

  • Three or more years of experience in digital marketing or a related role. Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools and platforms is preferred.

Brand Specialist

About your role

The Brand Specialist is responsible for research and analyses demographics, pricing schedules, market trends, competitor products, and other information relevant to the company’s marketing objectives. Creates and develops promotional materials, sales tactics, new campaigns, advertising copy, and other marketing materials.

Key Responsibilities
  • Researches and analyses a variety of marketing information, including market trends, pricing schedules, competitor offerings, product specifications, and demographic data.
  • Develops new marketing strategies and campaigns based on detailed analysis of market forces.
  • Identifies the appropriate media channels where each product or service’s marketing materials can be delivered to the public.
  • Enforces brand marketing guidelines throughout each product to create a cohesive feel to each campaign.
  • Tracks marketing strategy results closely and data analysis.
