About your role
The Digital Marketing Specialist is in charge of carrying out and refining digital marketing initiatives on several platforms. In order to improve our online presence, interact with our audience, and provide quantifiable outcomes, you will collaborate closely with the digital marketing manager environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media.
- Assist in creating engaging and relevant content for the company website, blog, email campaigns, and social media platforms.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including website traffic, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Prepare regular reports to assess campaign effectiveness and suggest improvements.
- Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, and improve on-page and off-page SEO to enhance search engine rankings.
- Assist in managing social media accounts, including content scheduling, community engagement, and performance analysis.
- Support the development and execution of email marketing campaigns, including list management, segmentation, and performance tracking.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment with overall marketing strategies and brand messaging.

What we’re looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Experience:
- Three or more years of experience in digital marketing or a related role.
- Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools and platforms is preferred.
Skills:
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, and social media management platforms.
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices and PPC advertising.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Basic knowledge of content management systems (CMS) and email marketing software.

- Plans and executes digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including search engine marketing (SEM), social media, email marketing, display advertising, and affiliate marketing.
- Creates targeted content and digital assets to align with overall business and marketing goals.
- Optimizes campaigns to maximize engagement, conversions, and return on investment (ROI).
- Develops and implements innovative content strategies to drive online engagement and support digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (website, social media, email, etc.).
- Ensures all digital content aligns with the company’s brand, message, and overall marketing strategy, maintaining consistency across all channels.
- Oversees content scheduling and optimization, ensuring content is timely, relevant, and tailored to the needs of the target audience to maximize impact and conversions.
2. Website and E-Commerce Optimization
- Monitors and optimizes website performance to ensure a seamless user experience, focusing on increasing traffic and improving conversion rates.
- Implements and manages SEO and SEM strategies to improve organic search rankings and paid search visibility.
- Enhances product listings and landing pages to boost engagement, sales, and customer experience.
- Drives initiatives to grow e-commerce sales, ensuring consistent conversion optimization across all touchpoints.
3. Data Analysis and Performance Reporting
- Tracks and analyzes key metrics, including website traffic, e-commerce sales, social media engagement, and digital ad performance.
- Utilizes tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media insights to gather and interpret data, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
- Provides regular performance reports to senior management, highlighting successes, challenges, and opportunities for further growth.
- Adjusts digital marketing strategies based on data insights to continuously improve performance and efficiency.
4. Budget and Resource Management
- Develops and manages the digital marketing budget, ensuring all digital campaigns and initiatives are cost-effective and align with overall business goals.
- Allocates resources strategically to maximize impact, ensuring efficient ad spend across digital platforms.
- Tracks and optimizes digital advertising expenses to ensure positive ROI on all marketing efforts.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborates with the sales, product, and design teams to ensure digital marketing initiatives align with overall business goals, brand strategy, and customer needs.
- Works closely with the retail marketing manager or team to create integrated digital campaigns that complement in-store marketing efforts and drive cross-channel engagement.
- Supports the sales team by providing digital assets, marketing materials, and insights to optimize online customer engagement and boost eCommerce sales performance.
- Collaborates with senior management to ensure digital marketing strategies contribute to long-term business growth, customer acquisition, and brand visibility.
- Leads and collaborates with the creative team to produce high-quality visual assets, including graphics, videos, and infographics, that resonate with target audiences and enhance online engagement.
- Coaching & Leadership Support
- Provides leadership, guidance, and support to the team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.

7. Compliance & Best Practices
- Ensures all digital marketing initiatives, campaigns, and content comply with local laws, regulations, and company policies, including data protection and privacy laws.
- Stays up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and algorithm updates.
- Stays updated on digital marketing trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to implement innovative strategies that enhance online performance.
- Implements digital marketing strategies that align with brand guidelines, industry standards, and ethical practices, ensuring compliance while maximizing campaign effectiveness and ROI.

What we’re looking for
- Graduate of BS Commerce, Marketing, Communications or any business-related course.
- Must have 5-7 years of experience in retail marketing, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial or leadership position
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEMrush, etc.)
- Strong familiarity with marketing automation platforms.
- Knowledge of current digital marketing trends.
- Must be creative with proven track record of managing successful digital marketing and e-commerce
- Strong attention to detail with a keen understanding of market dynamics and consumer trends.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
