    • Managing day-to-day operations.

    • Optimizing operational processes and procedures for maximum efficiency while maintaining quality standards.

    • Assisting with the implementation of new processes and procedures.

    • Identifying ways to improve customer experiences.

    • Ordering supplies and maintaining inventory levels.

Job description

    • Manages and oversees the branch operations. Assist the Operations Dept. Head in planning, analyzing, and developing strategies to improve the 

      branch performance efficiency; increase sales, reduce expenses and losses.

    • Workforce planning ensures that the workforce lineup is complete to achieve targets and objectives.

    • Conducts a regular store visit to ensure employee’s follows the operations procedure.

    • Assist the Operations Dept. Head to achieve targets in coordination with Marketing and Sales team to drive performance.

    • Assists and spearheads branch openings and rotation of employees.

    • Manages and reviews items, stock movements, inventory, and pricing—implementation of the FIFO method.

    • Ensures proper allocation of merchandise in the display area.

    • Conducts spot cash counts, analyzes and recommends strategies for process improvement.

    • Analyzes training needs (TNA), designs and conducts technical training for skills development in coordination with the Human Resource Head.

    • Ensures strict implementation of company policies and procedures to lessen issues of theft, attendance, etc.

    • Ensures branch is at its optimum state at all times in terms of maintenance, utility costs, repairs, including renovation and reports it to Admin.

    • Plans analyses and develops strategies to improve the overall branch efficiency.

    • Monitors performance of all branches by regularly conducting a store visit works closely with the Sales Head/ Team and ensures that sales  

      targets are achieved.

    • Spearheads the LSM activities in coordination with the Marketing and Sales team to drive performance.

    • Leads and ensures that new branch/es will open smoothly.

    • Manages and reviews items, stock movements, inventory, and pricing.

    • Conducts spot audit checks, analyzes,s and recommends strategies for process improvement.

    • Analyzes training needs (TNA), designs and conducts technical training for skills development in coordination with the Human Resource Head.

    • Ensures strict implementation of company policies and procedures among branches to lessen issues of theft, attendance, etc.
