About your role

The Strategic Accounts Manager is responsible in achieving sales revenue targets through developing long-term relationships with our customers and by developing new clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develops sales strategies to increase profitability of assigned area.
  • Initiates regular communications with prospects and existing clients. Conducts sales presentations, visits, calls prospective clients to ensure that sales targets are achieved.
  • Works closely with the Marketing and Operations team to create sales activities and ensure effective implementation.
  • Sets goals of the sales team both for new and existing accounts.
  • Conducts a competitor’s check within the assigned area and improves sales strategies
  • Coaches and mentors the sales team to drive their performance. Improves staff efficiency in coordination with the Human Resource Head.

Online Sales Specialist

About your role

As an Online Sales Specialist for Shopee and Lazada, you will help manage and improve our online sales on these platforms. In this entry-level role, you’ll monitor the inventory, and ensure timely and efficient customer service. You will also support live selling events and report data to enhance our online strategies. This job is perfect for someone who is tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and excited about working in e-commerce

Key Responsibilities

1. Website Management and Maintenance

  • Platform Maintenance: Regularly update the e-commerce platform and concerned departments.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track site performance and report issues promptly to immediate Supervisor.

2. Product Management

  • Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, manage reordering processes, and update inventory status to prevent overselling or stockouts.

3. Order Processing and Fulfillment

  • Order Management: Oversee the processing of orders from placement to delivery with end of the day reporting for monitoring.
  • Shipping Coordination: Coordination with 3rd party couriers and platform when needed.
  • Returns and Refunds: Monitor and coordinate returns, exchanges, and refunds in a manner that maintains customer satisfaction and adheres to company policies which should be reported to the immediate Supervisor.

4.Customer Service and Support

  • Customer Queries: Respond to customer inquiries promptly through various channels (email, chat, phone).
  • Issue Resolution: Report any customer complaints and issues to the immediate Supervisor for assistance.
  • Feedback Management: Collect customer feedback and report back to the management.

5. ⁠Live Selling

  • Presentation Skills: Confidently present products in live sessions, demonstrating their features, benefits, and usage.
  • Engagement: Actively engage with viewers during live sessions, responding to questions and comments in real-time to create an interactive shopping experience.
  • Post-Event Analysis: Capture and report the engagement metrics from the platform of live selling events.
What we’re looking for
  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent;
  • Experience: No prior experience required, but experience in customer service, retail, or e-commerce is beneficial.
  • Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with using e-commerce platforms.
  • Customer Service Orientation: Strong ability to manage customer interactions and resolve issues effectively.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently.

Sales Agent

 About your role

The Sales Agent is responsible in developing a long-term relationships with our customers, sources and prospects new clients to increase and meet the sales targets and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieved sales profit based on monthly targets.
  • Increased number of clients for new accounts acquisition.
  • Client retention.
  • Responsible for the business development of the company in his / her assigned geographical area.
  • Identifies possible clients by preparing a list of target corporations.
  • Scouts new clients and conducts presentations which involves introduction to 1rotary and its products
  • Ensures generation of sales from new accounts to achieve target goals
  • Maintains good relationship with existing corporate clients for repeat business (not included in their targets) and possible referrals
  • Prepares, submits weekly itinerary schedules of meetings and visits prior to actual visits
  • Keeps himself abreast with new products in the market as well as competitor activities and submits competitor information to the Strategic Accounts Manager
