About your role
The Graphic Designer is responsible for developing visually appealing and effective marketing materials for marketing campaigns. This role involves creating a variety of designs for both online and offline channels, including point-of-sale (POS) materials, promotional graphics, social media content, and digital ads to ensure consistency of the brand’s visual identity across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities
1. Design Creation and Conceptualization
Conceptualizes and designs visuals, layouts, marketing collaterals, and promotional materials for the company’s website, social media, marketing campaigns, and retail initiatives, including POS materials, promotional graphics, and event visuals.
Develops compelling in-store displays, signage, and retail marketing collateral that align with campaign objectives and enhance customer engagement.
Designs marketing assets for brand campaigns, including brochures, flyers, posters, and digital platforms such as social media graphics, website banners, and online ads, ensuring visual consistency across all channels.
Collaborates with brand managers and the digital marketing team to translate brand strategy into visually appealing designs that resonate with target audiences.
Optimizes designs for different platforms, ensuring they are tailored to audience needs and platform specifications.
Presents creative concepts to stakeholders and submits final design layouts, suggesting improvements when necessary.
Develops templates and guidelines to streamline future marketing projects, maintaining a high level of consistency.
Takes photos during company events/activities for use in marketing and promotional materials.
Plans and creates visual concepts that enhance event setups and align with company branding.
2. Quality Control & Brand Consistency
Ensures that all design work, including digital, print, and retail materials, is aligned with the company’s brand guidelines, messaging, and visual identity. This includes typography, color schemes, logos, and overall design aesthetics.
Actively maintains the integrity of the brand’s visual identity across all touchpoints, ensuring that designs remain consistent, professional, and reflect the company’s core values and messaging.
Guarantees that visual content (such as marketing materials, online assets, POS designs, and event visuals) is consistent across all platforms and channels (website, social media, retail, print).
Regularly reviews all marketing materials to ensure compliance with the company’s established brand standards.
4. Collaboration and Coordination
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including retail, brand, and digital marketing teams, to conceptualize and design marketing materials that align with campaign objectives.
Collaborate with other departments to support their design needs and ensure that all designs are aligned with the overall marketing strategy.
5. Project Management
Manages the design and uploading process of all project materials, with a clear understanding of best practices for using a content management system.
Prioritizes and manages multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions.
Ensures that projects are completed with high quality and delivered on schedule.
5. Continuous Learning and Improvement
Keeps up-to-date with different design tools or application software to maintain high-quality designs.
Stays informed on graphic design trends and best practices to enhance the overall quality of the company’s design outputs.

What we’re looking for
Strong familiarity in social media platforms.
Graduate of any 4 year course or its equivalent.
Must have 2-4 years related work experience.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and other relevant design software.

Key Responsibilities
- Plans and executes digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including search engine marketing (SEM), social media, email marketing, display advertising, and affiliate marketing.
- Creates targeted content and digital assets to align with overall business and marketing goals.
- Optimizes campaigns to maximize engagement, conversions, and return on investment (ROI).

- Implements and manages SEO and SEM strategies to improve organic search rankings and paid search visibility.

- Drives initiatives to grow e-commerce sales, ensuring consistent conversion optimization across all touchpoints.
- Tracks and analyzes key metrics, including website traffic, e-commerce sales, social media engagement, and digital ad performance.
- Utilizes tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media insights to gather and interpret data, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
- Provides regular performance reports to senior management, highlighting successes, challenges, and opportunities for further growth.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Works closely with the retail marketing manager or team to create integrated digital campaigns that complement in-store marketing efforts and drive cross-channel engagement.
- Supports the sales team by providing digital assets, marketing materials, and insights to optimize online customer engagement and boost eCommerce sales performance.
- Collaborates with senior management to ensure digital marketing strategies contribute to long-term business growth, customer acquisition, and brand visibility.
- Leads and collaborates with the creative team to produce high-quality visual assets, including graphics, videos, and infographics, that resonate with target audiences and enhance online engagement.

What we’re looking for
- Graduate of BS Commerce, Marketing, Communications or any business-related course.
- Must have 5-7 years of experience in retail marketing, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial or leadership position
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEMrush, etc.)
- Strong familiarity with marketing automation platforms.
- Knowledge of current digital marketing trends.
- Must be creative with proven track record of managing successful digital marketing and e-commerce
- Strong attention to detail with a keen understanding of market dynamics and consumer trends.
