About your role
The Strategic Accounts Manager is responsible in achieving sales revenue targets through developing long-term relationships with our customers and by developing new clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develops sales strategies to increase profitability of assigned area.
- Initiates regular communications with prospects and existing clients. Conducts sales presentations, visits, calls prospective clients to ensure that sales targets are achieved.
- Works closely with the Marketing and Operations team to create sales activities and ensure effective implementation.
- Sets goals of the sales team both for new and existing accounts.
- Conducts a competitor’s check within the assigned area and improves sales strategies
- Coaches and mentors the sales team to drive their performance. Improves staff efficiency in coordination with the Human Resource Head.

Operations Department Head
About your role
The Operations Department Head reporting directly to the President. The Operations Department Head must lead all efforts relating to operational efficiency. This includes targeting new locations to improve revenue.
Key Responsibilities

1. Overall Branch Management & Strategic Planning
- Leads the department operations, strategic planning, and budget management to ensure operational efficiency and profitability across branches.
- Develops strategies to improve the overall performance and efficiency of branches.
- Conducts regular performance monitoring through store visits and close collaboration with the Sales Team to ensure sales targets are met.
- Analyzes and develops strategic initiatives to optimize resource allocation, stock management, and customer satisfaction.
2. Sales and Marketing Coordination
- Spearheads local store marketing (LSM) activities in coordination with the Marketing and Sales teams to drive branch performance and achieve sales goals.
- Collaborates with marketing and sales teams to align campaigns, promotions, and customer engagement strategies with operational goals.
3. New Branch Opening
- Leads and oversees the successful opening of new branches, ensuring smooth operations and quick integration into the company’s systems and processes.
- Ensures all resources, staff, inventory, and systems are in place for the successful launch of new branches.
4. Inventory and Stock Management
- Manages inventory, stock movements, and pricing to ensure proper stock levels, minimize shrinkage, and maintain profitability.
- Performs spot audits and stock checks to ensure accurate inventory management and address discrepancies.
5. Process Improvement & Operational Monitoring
- Regularly monitors branch performance, conducts audits, and recommends strategies for process improvement.
- Ensures the proper implementation of company policies and procedures, addressing any issues related to theft, attendance, and compliance.
6. Maintenance and Utility Management
- Oversees branch maintenance, utility costs, repairs, and renovations to ensure that the branch remains in optimal working condition at all times.
- Monitors the facility’s condition and address any immediate maintenance concerns promptly.
7. Training & Staff Development
- Analyzes training needs (TNA) and design, implements, and monitors technical training programs to develop staff skills and improve branch performance.
- Coordinates with the Human Resources department to ensure employees are trained on relevant policies, procedures, and operational improvements.
8. Compliance and Policy Enforcement
- Ensures the strict implementation of company policies and procedures across all branches, including those related to operations, attendance, and security.
- Addresses any operational issues promptly, implementing corrective measures when necessary.
What we’re looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
- At least 7-10 years of experience in branch operations management, retail management, or a similar leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of business operations, retail management, and branch performance metrics.
- Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to motivate and lead teams effectively.
- Excellent analytical skills with a focus on operational efficiency and process improvement.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work across departments and ensure effective collaboration.
- Familiarity with inventory management, auditing processes, and facility management.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
