ABOUT YOUR ROLE
The Sales Agent 1 is responsible for actively identifying and securing new clients, achieving sales targets, ensuring accurate transactions, and maintaining customer relationships.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- 1. Client Acquisition & Engagement
● Identify and engage new clients through prospecting and referrals.
2. Sales Target Management
● Ensure branches under responsibility are consistently reaching their assigned sales
targets.
● Execute sales strategies and manage pipelines.
3. Data Management & Post-Sales Support
● Maintain accurate sales data in CRM.
● Provide post-sales support.
4. Market Research
● Conduct product and competitor research.
Other Duties
● Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND:
College undergrad or 2-year course graduate in a related field
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:
Fresh graduates may apply, at least 1 year of experience in administrative/sales tasks is preferred.

SALES DEPARTMENT HEAD
ABOUT YOUR ROLE
The Sales Department Head is responsible for driving strategic sales growth formulating business development initiatives, and leading the sales organization toward enterprise-level objectives. This position provides high-level strategic direction, aligns interdepartmental resources, and identifies opportunities for expansion, profitability, and competitive differentiation.
The role ensures strategy-to-execution alignment while championing organizational agility and commercial excellence.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Strategic Leadership & Sales Strategy Development
● Develop enterprise-level sales strategies to maximize revenue, profitability, and marketshare.
● Set corporate performance metrics and design measurement frameworks for business success.
● Lead scenario planning, trend forecasting, and business model innovation initiatives.
● Align department goals with long-term strategic direction of the company.
2. Sales Intelligence & Data-Driven Planning
● Evaluate sales trends, channel performance, and pipeline forecasts to enable executive-level decisions.
● Leverage data analytics to identify opportunities for sales optimization and market penetration.
● Integrate market research and customer insights into strategic planning.
3. Business Development
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets to drive growth.
● Lead strategic initiatives to expand the company’s client base and geographical reach.
● Develop and nurture high-level relationships with key prospects, industry partners, and stakeholders.
● Collaborate with marketing and other relevant departments to align go-to-market
strategies with growth objectives.
4. Organization Alignment & Strategic Partnerships
● Ensure sales strategies are aligned with company goals and interdepartmental initiatives.
● Represent the sales organization in executive and cross-functional meetings.
● Foster key partnerships with suppliers, clients, and industry stakeholders for strategic advantage.
5. Culture Building & Talent Development
● Cultivate a high-performance, innovation-driven culture within the sales organization.
● Oversee leadership development and succession planning within the sales function.
● Partner with HROD in designing strategic development programs for future-ready capabilities.
6. Strategic Oversight on Resource Allocation
● Oversee budget planning, investment justifications, and ROI evaluations across sales initiatives.
● Drive the prioritization of projects and resource allocations based on strategic goals.
7. Strategic Risk Management & Compliance
● Monitor compliance and evolving market dynamics to adjust plans proactively.
● Identify risks to strategic growth and create mitigation frameworks.
Other Duties
● Perform other high-level strategic responsibilities as assigned by executive leadership.
EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. MBA preferred
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:
Minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in sales, with atleast 3-4 years in a leadership/managerial role
