As part of our continuous commitment to professional development and service excellence, 1Rotary Trading Corporation successfully conducted its In-House & CSR Branch Training on June 18, 2026. The training brought together our Branch Heads, Branch Assistants, Marketing Personnel, E-commerce Personnel, and Digital Marketing Personnel for a comprehensive learning session focused on strengthening product expertise and customer engagement.
The training was facilitated by Khay Abutan, our Strategic Accounts Manager (SAM), who shared valuable insights into the company’s 23 In-House Signature Brands, their unique product offerings, and the value they bring to our customers and business partners.
Throughout the session, participants gained a deeper understanding of each brand’s features, applications, and competitive advantages. The discussion also covered the company’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives, reinforcing how responsible business practices and customer-centered service contribute to building lasting relationships with our clients and communities.
Beyond product knowledge, the training emphasized the importance of effective communication, teamwork, and delivering consistent customer experiences across all branches and digital platforms.
